Automate order status updates to reduce manual work, ensure billing accuracy, and streamline the sync between e-commerce and financial systems.

Contributions

Developed a Python-based automation tool to regularly fetch order data via the e-commerce platform API. Implemented logic to detect when orders had been imported into the fulfillment system and were older than two hours. Automated the status update from "New" to "In-Progress," triggering necessary downstream processes including billing syncs. Leveraged AI tools to support the coding and deployment of this project.
