Streamline internal operations and project intake by building a system to consistently collect and route key project information across the organization.

Contributions

Developed a custom WordPress-based forms system using Formidable to capture structured project data (creative briefs, website requests, project scoping forms, and more). Built an integration pipeline via Zapier to pass form data into monday.com, enabling automated task creation and assignment. Designed workflows to reduce miscommunication and improve project clarity across teams and leadership.
