Goals

Design a distinctive personal logo for *DJ Nerva* — a mark that can stand alone as an immediately recognizable visual identity across music, promotional, and digital contexts.

Contributions

Conceptualized and designed a custom monogram-style logo for DJ Nerva, drawing inspiration from sci-fi influences (Metroid), circular motion, and the visual language of vinyl records. Created an interlocking “N” formed through a balance of positive and negative space inside a circle, evoking both movement and sound energy. Developed complementary typography and line weights to harmonize with the logo mark for full-word treatments. Designed the logo to be highly flexible — able to stand alone or pair with the name *Nerva* — and to work across light and dark backgrounds.

Additionally, created an animated version of the logo for use in digital contexts. Implemented ease-in/ease-out rotational animations of the N monogram to reinforce the sense of movement and musical dynamism. Delivered final logo files and animation assets for use across DJ Nerva’s brand platforms (website, video overlays, social media, flyers).

Outcomes

Produced a cohesive, personal visual identity for *DJ Nerva* that strengthens brand recognition and visual impact. The logo and animation provide a flexible and memorable mark across digital and physical applications, supporting the growth of the DJ Nerva project and deepening its professional presentation.
