hARTsoundSCAPE Flier
Goals
Design and promote a renegade, techno-oriented event adjacent to Baltimore’s Artscape festival—highlighting underground culture through location, branding, and visual identity.
Contributions
Conceptualized the Heart Soundscape event, selecting an abandoned train platform near the Baltimore Streetcar Museum as the original venue. Designed event visuals featuring a vintage streetcar, rave-inspired iconography, graffiti textures, and chromatic aberration effects to evoke an edgy, immersive atmosphere. Created a unique event title and graphic identity that played off the Artscape name with a more sound- and heart-driven focus. Managed promotional efforts and event branding across digital and print channels.
Outcomes
Successfully built strong event momentum and community interest. Delivered a distinctive visual identity that set the tone for an underground experience. Despite a last-minute venue shift due to logistics, the event was well-attended and received positive feedback from participants and collaborators.
