Goals

Create a flexible fulfillment routing and data manipulation system across 20–30 stores using OrderDesk, enabling seamless integration with multiple fulfillment partners and improving overall order flow and tracking.

Contributions

Configured complex OrderDesk rules to process and route orders from stores built on various e-commerce platforms. Developed workflows to transform order data for compatibility with primary and secondary warehouse partners, as well as dropship and made-to-order vendors. Implemented systems for passing shipping data back to storefronts and for triggering automated post-order notifications.
