Soundbox 1722 Flier
Goals
Design a bold, Halloween-themed flyer for *Soundbox at 1722*, an after-hours costume party held at the iconic Baltimore club 1722 — blending spooky visuals with nightclub energy to drive excitement and turnout.
Contributions
Developed a flyer concept that centered around the “Soundbox” idea — with 1722 represented as a literal box inspired by the building’s exterior. Illustrated ghostly, ghoulish figures emerging from the box and entering through an open doorway, with a zombie-like hand reaching out to suggest the rise of nightlife creatures. Integrated slasher-style Halloween typography with a vivid red and orange color palette to enhance the eerie tone. Added laser light effects to convey the nightclub atmosphere and highlight the dynamic nature of the event. Delivered final assets for print and digital promotion.
Outcomes
Produced a visually striking flyer that effectively conveyed the theme and vibe of *Soundbox at 1722*. Helped generate strong interest and turnout for the Halloween event. Contributed to the visual storytelling of one of Baltimore’s iconic after-hours venues, reinforcing the connection between underground club culture and immersive design.
