Contribute to the development of an interactive landing page for UC Merced, collaborating with Friends of the Web to bring advanced design concepts to life and expand experience with React and collaborative development workflows.

Contributions

Implemented a dynamic landing page based on provided design files, featuring interactive card elements with CSS 3D transforms to achieve depth and movement. Converted static HTML/CSS components into reusable React components within a Next.js framework. Integrated smoothly with an established codebase and contributed to the collaborative development process.

Outcomes

Delivered a visually engaging and technically dynamic landing page that met project design goals. Strengthened expertise in React and Next.js development and deepened experience working with modern, collaborative workflows. Helped establish a positive working relationship with the Friends of the Web team.
